Nonprofit Exhibit Space (table, chairs, tent NOT included) 10’x10’ = $75.00*
Political Exhibit Space (table, chairs, tent NOT included) 10’x10’ = $200.00*
Commercial Exhibit Space (table, chairs, tent NOT included) 10’x10’ = $150.00*
Commercial Food Exhibit Space 10’x15’ and (1) 110 volt/20 amp circuits= $250.00*
*$5 service fee for card payments

*Commercial Food Exhibit Spaces will be given first priority with electrical access, but if spaces are available, other vendors can pay an additional $25.00 per 110 volt/20 amp circuits*

Fall Fest is a rain or shine event. We do not offer refunds due to weather or your ability to attend.

Arts & Crafts Exhibits must be handmade by the exhibitor. Mass-produced retail, manufactured goods, multilevel marketing, services, etc that are not handmade by the artist exhibiting are considered Commercial. If you have any questions about whether or not you need to register as a commercial or arts and crafts exhibit, please call 479-967-1437.

Vendor registration will end on October 18th. Please have all applications and payments turned in by this date at 5:00 PM.
Please note: We do NOT repeat food or commercial vendors. If you are a food or commercial vendor please call before registering. This allows us to approve your menu/goods and make sure you have exclusivity.
