Main Street Russellville is now accepting applications for the Exterior Building Improvement Grant! Downtown businesses and property owners can apply for matching funds, up to $20,000, for projects that enhance and preserve their building’s exterior, such as windows, roofs, masonry, signage, awnings, and more. Applications are due by Friday, November 14, 2025.
